How To Cook Adobong Sitaw?

Adobong Sitaw is a vegetable dish composed of string beans sautéed in an adobo-flavored sauce of garlic, vinegar and soy sauce and cooked with your choice of meat such as pork, beef, chicken, fish. This is a simple dish loved by many Filipinos.

Though the main ingredient is the beans, the pork (or other meat like chicken or beef) should not be missed. Meat and its fat content will enhance the flavor rather than just plain vegetable
