You simply need to put about 3 or 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt in a basin filled with warm water. After that, soak the affected feet in the water for about half an hour.

Ensure that the water remains warm throughout the 30 minutes by constantly adding warm water if the water gets cold. After thirty minutes, use a pumice stone to rub the callus and then wash again and dry with a towel. Do this 2 or 3 times every week until the calluses are gone.

3. Use Sugar Scrub

Apply some of this paste to the calluses, massaging for about 15 or 20 minutes. By this time, you should no longer feel the grains of the sugar. After you have done this, wash off the area with lukewarm water. You should repeat this process 2 or 3 times a week.

You can also choose to soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it on the callus affected area, using something like a tape to hold it in place. Whichever method you choose, repeat it daily until the calluses are gone.

5. Use Baking Soda

Baking soda contains fine crystals that can greatly enhance the healing of calluses on your feet. Just put some warm water in a basin and add about 3 tablespoons of baking soda to it.

Soak your feet in the water for up to 30 minutes. After soaking, just pat the foot dry and moisturize. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times every week until you get the desired results.

6. Use Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

The acidic nature of Apple Cider Vinegar makes it a very good resource for the healing of calluses. Since ACV also helps to balance pH levels, it is good for people who have sweaty feet. Just soak a cotton ball in Apple Cider Vinegar and place over the callus affected area using a tape or a piece of cloth to hold it in place. Leave it overnight and use a pumice stone to scrub it off in the morning. You can also choose to do this with a piece of bread in the absence of cotton balls. Also, in the event that you do not have Apple Cider Vinegar, you can choose to use just vinegar to treat calluses.

7. Use Aloe Vera

 

This skin friendly plant will do you a lot of good in your efforts to get rid of calluses on your feet. Just apply aloe gel, taken fresh from the plant, on the callus affected area and cover with a tape so that the gel stays. Better still, slice the aloe plant open and place on the callus making sure that the area with the gel covers the callus. Use a tape or bandage to hold it in place and leave it on overnight. In the morning, take it out and file out the callus affected area. Do this until your calluses are gone.

8. Use Aspirin and Lemon Juice

Crush about 5 or 6 tablets of aspirin and mix with lemon juice and water. This will form a paste. Apply the paste you get to the callus affected area and cover it. After about 10 or 15 minutes, remove the covering and use a pumice stone to scrape out the calluses.

You can also treat calluses by mixing lemon juice with 1 or 2 teaspoons of either olive or coconut oil and applying it to the callus. In order to achieve a paste with this mixture, add a tad of baking soda (just enough to make a paste). Apply the paste to the affected area and leave on for 30 minutes before washing it out.

9. Use Chamomile Tea

Great for balancing pH levels, this is another great callus therapy especially for people with sweaty feet. 1 or 2 tea bags of chamomile will do. Just soak the tea bags in warm water for a few minutes (about 5 or 10). Put this water, after soaking the tea, in a basin and soak the affected foot in the water for up to 30 minutes. After this, wash the feet and dry it.

10. Use Sesame Oil and Wheat Germ

Warm up a mixture of sesame oil and wheat germ and add sesame seeds to the mixture. Leave the oil for a while to cool to some extent. When this has happened, apply the mixture to your feet and leave on for some time before washing it out. Repeat the process every day until you no longer have calluses.
