Chamomile Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chamomile flowers
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Wash the fresh chamomile flowers first with tap water, to clean them.
  • Pour the 2 cups of water in your tea pot and bring to a boil.
  • Put the rinsed chamomile flowers in the boiling water.
  • Cover the tea pot by using its lid, and leave it for around 3-5 minutes.
  • Take the flowers off from the tea by using a strainer.
  • Enjoy your fresh cup of chamomile tea!
